Coaching Agreement

Scope of this agreement

This is the master Motion Wins Coaching Agreement. It applies to every Motion Wins coaching program — Motion Ignite™, Motion Sprint™ and Motion Accelerator™. The specific program you purchase determines the services, session count and Motion Hub™ access that apply to that transaction, as described on the program page and at checkout.

This agreement is version MW-COACH-2026-01, effective August 2026. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that governs it, and we keep a record of it.

What Motion Wins provides

Motion Wins provides sales performance coaching and educational content: live coaching sessions for the duration of your program, access to the Motion Hub™ platform and the Motion Score™ assessment, and the courses, videos and resources included with your program.

Coaching is advisory. We do not guarantee any specific financial, sales or career result. Outcomes depend on your own execution, your market and your circumstances.

What you agree to

• Provide accurate information when you enrol and when you use Motion Hub™.
• Attend or reschedule sessions in line with the notice periods in the Terms.
• Use coaching materials for your own individual use only.
• Treat anything shared by another member in coaching or community spaces as confidential.

Sessions, scheduling and access

Session scheduling, rescheduling notice and the coaching window attached to your program are governed by the Terms of Service. Nothing in this agreement changes those rules.

Fees and refunds

Program fees are listed in USD and charged at checkout. Refund eligibility is governed entirely by the Refund Policy. This agreement adds no additional refund rights or restrictions.

Confidentiality and your data

What you share in coaching stays between you and your coach, except where we are required by law to disclose it or where there is a risk of serious harm. How we handle your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All materials, frameworks and the Motion Score™ assessment remain the intellectual property of Motion Wins and are licensed to you for your individual use for the duration of your program. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

Acceptance and record keeping

You accept this agreement at checkout by ticking the acceptance box before payment. We record that acceptance server-side, including the program purchased, the agreement, Terms and Refund Policy versions in force, the time of acceptance and the payment session identifier. When legal language changes we publish a new version and preserve the record of what earlier customers accepted.
