Refund Policy

Before your first session
If you haven't yet attended your first session, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@motionwins.com.
After coaching begins
Once coaching has started, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. For multi-week programs, we'll refund the pro-rated value of sessions not yet delivered if you need to stop.
Digital resources
Free downloadable resources carry no charge and therefore no refund.
